Easy Process

Simple Returns

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Item is not damaged by the customer
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable software or digital products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Kee-Ra account
  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order containing the item
  3. Click "Request Return" and select the item(s) to return
  4. Choose your reason for return
  5. Select your preferred refund method
  6. Print the return label (if provided) or note the return address
  7. Pack the item securely and ship it back

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Refund to the card or payment method used for the purchase (5-7 business days)

Store Credit

Instant store credit to use on future purchases

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by Kee-Ra

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs:

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Free return shipping
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Within Delivery Zones: Free pickup may be available
