3. Order Processing
Order processing times:
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order ships
4. Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on your delivery:
- Tracking information is sent via email and SMS once shipped
- Track your order in real-time through the Kee-Ra app
- Receive notifications at each delivery milestone
- Contact support if tracking shows no updates for 48+ hours
5. Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide accurate and complete delivery address
- Include landmarks or specific directions if needed
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Provide a working phone number for delivery updates
- Special delivery instructions can be added at checkout
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed:
- Our driver will attempt to contact you
- A second delivery attempt will be made the next business day
- After 2 failed attempts, the package will be held at our facility
- You will have 7 days to arrange pickup or redelivery
- Unclaimed packages may be returned and a refund issued (minus shipping)
