3. Order Processing

Order processing times:

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order ships

4. Tracking Your Order

Stay updated on your delivery:

  • Tracking information is sent via email and SMS once shipped
  • Track your order in real-time through the Kee-Ra app
  • Receive notifications at each delivery milestone
  • Contact support if tracking shows no updates for 48+ hours

5. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address
  • Include landmarks or specific directions if needed
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Provide a working phone number for delivery updates
  • Special delivery instructions can be added at checkout

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • Our driver will attempt to contact you
  • A second delivery attempt will be made the next business day
  • After 2 failed attempts, the package will be held at our facility
  • You will have 7 days to arrange pickup or redelivery
  • Unclaimed packages may be returned and a refund issued (minus shipping)

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately:

  • Missing or lost packages
  • Damaged packages upon arrival
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Significant delivery delays
